Shipping policy

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days and usually arrive within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Where we ship
We deliver to most pin codes in India through trusted courier partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to check delivery. We do not ship outside India at the moment.
Estimated delivery after dispatch
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days
- Remote areas and the North-East: 7 to 10 business days
Large items such as climbing frames may ship in more than one box, and the boxes may arrive on different days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during festivals, sales or bad weather.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, and any Cash on Delivery fee where COD is available, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers are shown on the site.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email and SMS or WhatsApp.
At delivery
- Please check the package before accepting it. If it is visibly damaged, you may refuse it, or accept it and email us photos within 48 hours.
- If no one is available, the courier will try again. After 3 failed attempts the order returns to us, and we will contact you to re-ship or refund it, less shipping costs.
